APTITUDE Ministries exists to create Christ-centered community spaces through music and events, with a focus on Christian hip hop culture. Our mission is to provide safe, encouraging environments where individuals can find community, express themselves authentically, and access resources that support spiritual, personal, and professional growth. We invest in the artists who serve our community, and we invest in attendees by connecting them with local services and opportunities that can positively impact their lives. All programs and activities are carried out through the medium of music, events, and related outreach initiatives.

Camille Mikem
President
Camille Mikem is a storyteller at heart with a professional background spanning marketing, sales, and customer experience. As the writer and director at Just Cr8 Films, his vision is to bring high-quality, faith-driven stories to movie theaters and global streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu. In 2019, while living in Stamford, CT, Camille recognized a missing piece in the Northeast’s cultural landscape: a space where faith and Hip Hop could coexist.
Though he initially saw himself solely as a filmmaker, Camille felt a clear divine calling to create a platform for Christian Hip Hop (CHH). Through an act of obedience, he founded APTITUDE to fill that void. To Camille, APTITUDE is a life-saving community where he has witnessed spiritual rededications, physical healings, and hope for those struggling with suicide. Outside of his creative and nonprofit work, Camille is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring nature and experiencing new world cultures.
Jeremiah Stewart
Vice President
Jeremiah Stewart is an accomplished talent manager, booking agent, and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping artists, brands, and ministries expand their impact. As the founder of J. Stewart Agency, he has worked with nationally recognized artists, award-winning entertainers, and major faith-based organizations, leading successful tours, events, marketing campaigns, and brand partnerships across the country. Jeremiah has played a key role in managing and booking prominent Christian hip-hop and gospel artists, while also producing influential events, conferences, podcasts, and community initiatives. His passion for connecting people, creating meaningful experiences, and advancing purpose-driven brands has established him as a respected leader in the faith and entertainment industries.

For the past seven years, APTITUDE has been more than an event brand to me — it has been a movement centered around faith, creativity, and people.
I have collaborated to create experiences that bring people together and open space for real connection with God and one another. What started as a passion for culture and creativity has grown into a mission of empowering artists, inspiring audiences, and building environments where purpose can be discovered and cultivated. APTITUDE is an invitation to be part of something that impacts lives far beyond the stage.
